We are discussing on recession and trying to find different ways to get out of this. We should look our past to learn how we overcome from it previously.
If we recollect Great Depression of 1931, we will find that only preparation of world war II was able to save us form that. It can be easiest solution this time also. We have to loose millions to save billions.
I have this easy solution, others can have better solutions also.

Billion comes from state of mind not by shedding millions of life.

Its concept which needs to be rewritten.
